2 pears, firm but ripe, peeled, cored, diced
½ cucumber, peeled, seeded, diced
1 ½ cups red (or green) seedless grapes
1 teaspoon oil
2 teaspoon lime juice, or to taste
pinch of salt (⅛ teaspoon)
• In a medium bowl, combine pears, cucumber and grapes.
• Mix oil, lime juice and salt and add to salad. Stir lightly. Serve immediately.
